General Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our customers so we will always do our best to make things right. You can contact us about our refund policy anytime. In order to provide a fair and equitable platform for all we have put the following policies in place:

NOTE: If our customer service team reaches out to you regarding an issue with any of your scheduled promotions and we do not receive a response by the given deadline, your order will be canceled and we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Membership Refund Policy

Members have 14 days from date of purchase to request a full refund. Please note a full refund will only be given within 14 days of purchase if no discount has been used. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, and have used any of the membership discounts, or if it has been over 14 days since the date of purchase, we are not able to offer a refund. However, you are welcome to use your discounts for the remainder of the membership year.

Freebooksy Refund Policy

Authors may cancel a Freebooksy promotion for a full refund up to 3 days before the promotion's run date. If a title is not free on the day of the promotion, we will cancel the promotion and we are unable to refund or reschedule the promotion.

For example:

To Kill a Mockingbird is scheduled to run as a Freebooksy promotion on August 5th.

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 1st --> The publisher received a full refund

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 3rd --> The publisher does not receive a refund

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $11.99 --> The publisher does not receive a refund

Bargain Booksy Refund Policy

Authors may cancel a Bargain Booksy promotion for a full refund up to 3 days before the promotion's run date. If a title is priced above $5 or if the title is free on the day of the promotion, we will cancel the promotion and we are unable to refund or reschedule the promotion. Titles priced at or under $5 will run even if the title's price is higher than expected.

For example:

To Kill a Mockingbird is scheduled to run as a Bargain Booksy promotion on August 5th at a price of $0.99.

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 1st --> The publisher received a full refund

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 3rd --> The publisher does not receive a refund

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $11.99 --> The publisher does not receive a refund and the title will not run.

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $2.99 --> The title will run in the Bargain Booksy email on August 5th.

Red Feather Romance Refund Policy

Authors may cancel a Red Feather Romance promotion for a full refund up to 3 days before the promotion's run date. Red Feather Romance runs free and discounted titles. Titles priced under $4.99 will run even if the title's price is higher than expected. If a Free eBook promotion was purchased and the book is not free on the day of the promotion, we will cancel the promotion and we are unable to refund or reschedule the promotion. Additionally, for Series Promotions, if book 1 in your series is not free on the day of the promotion, we will cancel the promotion and we are unable to refund or reschedule the promotion.

For example:

To Kill a Mockingbird is scheduled to run as a Red Feather Romance promotion on August 5th at a price of $0.99.

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 1st --> The publisher received a full refund

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 3rd --> The publisher does not receive a refund

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $11.99 --> The publisher does not receive a refund

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $2.99 --> The title will run in the Red Feather Romance email on August 5th.

Audio Thicket Refund Policy

Authors may cancel an Audio Thicket promotion for a full refund up to 3 days before the promotion's run date. We will run your audiobook as a Deal of the Day if the title is $4.99 or below on the day of your promotion on at least one retailer other than Amazon. If an audiobook is priced above $4.99 on the day of the promotion for a Deal of the Day, we will cancel your promotion and we are unable to refund or reschedule your promotion.

For example:

To Kill a Mockingbird audiobook is scheduled to run as an Audio Thicket Deal of the Day promotion on August 5th at a price of $0.99.

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 1st --> The publisher received a full refund

The publisher cancels the promotion on August 3rd --> The publisher does not receive a refund

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $11.99 --> The publisher does not receive a refund and the title does not run

The publisher does not cancel the promotion and on August 5th, the title is priced at $2.99 --> The title will run in the Audio Thicket email on August 5th at $2.99

Limelight Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive and scarce nature of our Limelight emails, we cannot issue any refunds once a Limelight eblast has gone out. If you'd like to make any changes/cancellations to your promotion, please do so at least 7 days before your promotion runs.

Reader Reach Refund Policy

Due to the fact that a large portion of the price of a Reader Reach Ad goes directly to the ad budget on Facebook or Amazon, we can not issue refunds for any Reader Reach Ad campaign once they have started. If you'd like to make any changes/cancellations to your promotion, please contact us at least 7 days before your promotion start date.

Promo Stacks Refund Policy

Because promo stacks are built using inventory across multiple websites and/or multiple dates, we are unable to cancel individual components of a Stack. This also means we are unable to issue partial refunds. If you need to cancel your Promo Stack, you must let our team know at least 5 days before the first promo in your Stack is set to run in order to receive a full refund.

Partner Promos Refund Policy (Fussy Librarian, Hello Books, & eReaderIQ)

Authors may cancel a Fussy Librarian, Hello Books, or eReaderIQ promotion for a full refund up to 3 days before the promotion's run date. If your Partner Promo purchase was part of a Promo Stack, the Promo Stacks Refund Policy above will apply. If a title is not at its planned promotional price on the day of the promotion, we will cancel the promotion and we are unable to refund or reschedule the promotion.

Subscriber Surge Giveaways Refund Policy

If you need to pull your eBook from a giveaway, you can do so by emailing us at least 5 days before the giveaway is scheduled to begin. Once the giveaway begins, we are not able to make any changes. If you’re unhappy with the results of your giveaway, please let us know within 30 days of the giveaway ending. We’ll be happy to discuss a refund, promo credit, or inclusion in another giveaway.
