General Refund Policy

Written Word Media considers refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you would like to request a refund and a member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Limelight Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive and scarce nature of our Limelight emails, we cannot issue any refunds once a Limelight eblast has gone out. If you'd like to make any changes/cancellations to your promotion, please do so at least 7 days before your promotion runs.

Reader Reach Refund Policy

Due to the fact that a large portion of the price of a Reader Reach Ad goes directly to the ad budget on Facebook, we can not issue refunds for any Reader Reach Ad campaign once they have started. If you'd like to make any changes/cancellations to your promotion, please contact us before your promotion start date.
