How do I read the file on Apple Books?

You can read in Apple Books on your Mac:

  1. Confirm your file is downloaded (check your Downloads folder)
  2. Open the Finder on your Mac.
  3. Find the book file in your Downloads folder.
  4. Double-click the book file to launch the Books app. Select the Books app if prompted.

You can also read in Apple Books on your mobile device by visiting the download link (sent via email) on your mobile device, downloading the file, and opening it in Apple Books. Once downloaded:

  1. Confirm your file is downloaded (check your Files)
  2. Open the Files app on your device.
  3. Find your book file in your Downloads folder.
  4. Tap and hold the book file icon.
  5. Tap “Share” from the menu.
  6. Tap the Books app.
