A book in my email wasn't free, how do I let you know?

While we feature free books in our email and on our website every day, books are priced at the authors' discretion, so sometimes prices change after the email is sent.

If a book is no longer free, you can reply to the email to notify our team.

If you accidentally download a book that is no longer free, luckily, it's very easy to return a book on Amazon: 

  1. From your Amazon account, visit 'Manage Your Kindle' 
  2. Select the 'Actions' button next to the title you'd like to return 
  3. Select 'Return for Refund.' You must request a refund within seven days of the date of purchase.

Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the book.
