Yes, you can purchase a Reader Reach Ad even if you don't have the Amazon book link yet.
On Step 4 of the check out process, simply leave the Amazon URL field blank or type TBD in the text box. Fill in any other information that you do have for your feature, such as the book title and description.
Once your book is live on Amazon, you can update your feature links in real time by logging into your Written Word Media Account. You can learn how to create and log into your account here.
