What is the Membership refund policy?
Members have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Please note a full refund will only be given within 14 days of purchase if no discount has been used.
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have used any of the membership discounts, or if it has been over 14 days since the date of purchase, we are not able to offer a refund. However, you are welcome to use your discounts for the remainder of the membership year.
