What is an order?
An order is a list of all the features you purchase in a transaction. This can be a single promotion or multiple promotions, as long as you purchased them at the same time and in the same transaction.
Once you have made a purchase for your feature or features, your order will be available to view in your Written Word Media Account. Simply navigate to the Billing tab to see your completed orders.
Once you are in the Billing section, simply click on 'View Details' next to an order and you will have access to your full receipt and order number.
