Red Feather Romance does accept books that are available on pre-order.

In general, we find that pre-order titles sell fewer copies compared to titles that are already published. Our promotion pricing is based on the historical performance of published titles. You are welcome to run a Red Feather Romance Promotion on a pre-order title, but keep in mind that your results may vary.
